Oil from ancient trees grown on high ground within the Sierra Subbética National Park in Córdoba, a region recognised worldwide for the quality of its olive oil.

Culinary suggestions:
An ideal dressing for all kinds of salads, drizzled on bread with tomato and salt for breakfast, or on cows’ or sheep’s milk cheese, accompanied by a young red wine. Its character and intense aroma bring out the taste of oily fish like salmon or tuna, as well as lighter white fish. It also goes perfectly with carpaccio of meat or fish, poached egg, pasta, or young vegetables, baked or griddled; a prime ingredient in all types of hot or cold vegetable soups, and vinaigrettes.
