Virgin olive oil is defined officially as a natural fruit extract, and as such, it must be stored very carefully. We achieve this in our two climate-controlled storage units, with a total capacity of 2.7 million kilograms of oil, approximately three million liters.
The controlled climate is essential, and enables us to maintain a temperature of 15 degrees centigrade all year round, perfect for the development and storage of our oil. All our storage tanks are made of stainless steel, with a bed of nitrogen gas to prevent oxidation by the action of air and light.
Our highly experienced and dedicated team ensures that the oil remains in prime condition, and reaches the consumer as the freshest of products, retaining all the flavours, aromas, and vitamins which make it such a vital part of a healthy diet.
